Looks like I forgot to post these pictures earlier this summer so this is a catch up. One of our favorite places to hike in to is the North Fork of the Blackfoot River. It is quite a hike down to the water but once you get there it is so worth it. The water is crystal clear but ohhhh so cold; it is glacier fed from the Bob Marshall Wilderness. Adam must have been the designated photographer because I don't seem to have any pictures of him from this trip. : (
Hayden found my Camelback water on this trip and liked to hang on tight. Momma was a little thirsty by the time we got back to the car.
In 1988 a forest fire burned this entire area (same year as the legendary Yellowstone fires) so it looks a lot like Yellowstone in some areas.
Ahhh yes, the tongue. I thought I had a couple years before I had to deal with him sticking out his tongue?
